Technician Chapter

The OSHP Technician Chapter serves as a forum for all pharmacy technicians to:

Enhance pharmacy technician education and training
Engage conversations and exchange ideas about pharmacy practice and change in practice
Promote pharmacy technicians as essential members of the health care team
Provide opportunities for professional development

Chapter Activities: promotion of the national pharmacy technician certification examination, service on the Membership, Professional Affairs and Educational Affairs Councils, engagement in planning the Fall Seminar Tech-Track, coordinating the vote for OSHP Technician of The Year Award, and input to the OSHP Board of Directors concerning issues of importance to pharmacy technicians.

OSHP is a marketing partner with the Pharmacy Technician Certification Board and proudly promotes the national, voluntary pharmacy technician certification examination to interested technicians. Successful examinees earn the credential of CPhT.
