Please report your volunteer hours.  This is time spent spent on meetings/projects for the benefit of OSHP (not something you would do outside of OSHP.)  The cycle is January 1-December 31.  This applies board members, committee chairs, and committee members, so encourage those to do so.  You can report as many times as you want, but OSHP/Update Management needs an accurate count for the IRS.

*Enter all NON-LEGISLATIVE or LEGISLATIVE hours you've spent for the time frame indicated above.  Be sure to include time spent traveling to/from meetings, e-mails, returning phone calls, etc.  DO NOT INCLUDE ACTIVITIES THAT YOU WOULD CONDUCT ON BEHALF OF YOUR ORGANIZATION (REGARDLESS OF PARTICIPATION IN OSHP.)
