The events of the 2024 OSHP Annual Seminar will take place at Sunriver Resort, which is located in Sunriver, Oregon. Please check in at the OSHP Registration table located in the Homestead Foyer.

EXHIBIT HOURS
Exhibit Hours are listed below; however, attendees are welcome in the exhibit area at anytime between 5:30 and 7:00 pm on Friday, and 6:30 am and 1:30 pm on Saturday. If you leave your booth unstaffed, please take all valuables with you. Please take note of the tear down time, as all items must be cleared by 3:30 pm on Saturday to allow for the evening's activities.

NOTE: Exhibits will be open during the Welcome Reception on Friday. Set-up will not be allowed after 4:30 pm.

WHAT YOUR REGISTRATION INCLUDES
Your exhibit registration includes a skirted display space, one chair and one lunch ticket. This is a 'table top' show, which means there is not draped off space for each exhibit, instead each exhibitor has the table space to display their items. Some exhibitors may have tabletop displays, while others simply use the table to display literature and/or products.

Exhibits include lunch for one (1) personnel only; if you did not register for the seminar, we assumed you were exhibiting only. If you did not register for the seminar, you cannot be admitted to any of the breakout sessions, general sessions, or meal functions - except Saturday lunch as mentioned above.

If you change your mind and would like to register for any of the aforementioned, please stop by the seminar registration desk to make arrangements.
