We would like to thank Foua Xiong, PGY-2 Eugene VA Pharmacy Resident, for presenting a 1-hour CE on the Use of Direct Oral Anticoagulants in Special Populations in November 2020.

2020-2021 Southern Chapter Chair

Due to the COIVD-19 pandemic, it has been a challenge to organize events. However, the Southern Chapter of OSHP remain dedicated to coordinating continuing education meetings for our pharmacy community. Unlike past years, the Southern Chapter will focus our efforts on hosting these CE events using a virtual platform for the remainder of 2020. We will resume in-person meetings once it is appropriate to do so. We appreciate the opportunity to be of service and will keep you informed on upcoming events!
