OSHP invites all members to submit a poster for presentation during the 2025 Annual Seminar at Sunriver Resort in Sunriver, Oregon. This is a great opportunity to display your initiatives and share ideas. We all want to see the great work you are doing, so why not take the opportunity to develop a poster!

The poster session will be held on Saturday, April 26, 2025. Poster presentation details (set-up, display time and location) will be forwarded to presenters at a later date.

Exciting News! Selected students' poster board presenters at OSHP’s Annual Seminar in April will receive a special registration discount as a token of our appreciation for their outstanding contributions. Don't miss this opportunity to showcase your work and save on registration fees. We look forward to seeing you there!

Projects do not have to be complete; they can be still in the implementation phase or just starting. If you do not have any data yet, do not let that keep you away. Describe the project goals and aims… results can come later!

OSHP poster session utilizes guidelines similar to those of ASHP and ACCP. For participation in the poster session, abstracts should be submitted to the OSHP Annual seminar poster planning committee by February 1st. Poster abstracts will be reviewed and presenters notified by February 14th. If we receive more abstracts than available spaces, we will review and select abstracts based on applicability to OSHP member practices. The abstract guidelines and format are listed below.

Posters are presented in two categories: students and practitioners/residents. Prizes for first, second, and third place will be awarded in each category.

For more information or to submit an abstract, contact the OSHP Office at [email protected].
