September 15, 2025 - ACPE Presenter Packets Due
- You should have received an email from Stacey Barrett, OSHP Executive Director, with a link to your ACPE Presenter Packet. For panel presenters, please choose one person to submit title, description, learning objectives and post questions.
- Presenter packet includes

- Short bio for introduction
- Headshot photo
- Conflict of Interest
- Faculty attestation
- Learning objectives (for pharmacists and technicians)
- Honorarium Choice
October 10, 2025 - Honorarium choice to Stacey Barrett, OSHP Executive Director at [email protected]
- You should have received an email from Stacey Barrett, OSHP Executive Director, with honorarium information.
October 15, 2025- Final PowerPoint Presentation Due
- Presenters please provide your PowerPoint presentation for ACPE review.
- To upload:
- Name your presentation: presentation title PowerPoint- first and last name (i.e. OSHP Members PowerPoint- Speaker Name)
- Upload to the OSHP Google Drive
October 31, 2025 - Final Attendee Handout due
- Presenters please provide a handout version of your slides (3 slides per page) +/- any other handouts you would like to provide during your session.
- To upload:
November 7, 2025 - Last day to submit edits to final presentation
