Parking Options

  • Schnitzer Lot (2650 SW Moody Ave, Portland) - complimentary parking for Fall Seminar Attendees (space limited).
  • RLSB Underground Parking Garage - complimentary parking for Fall Seminar Attendees (space limited).
  • Public Transportation
    • The Orange Line runs regularly and drops off/picks up directly in front of the CLSB.
    • The Portland Streetcar also runs regularly in front of the building with operating hours of 7:30am-10:30pm 1. S. Waterfront/SW Moody TriMet Station Stop ID: 13728 (First stop time: 6:34am).

Exhibit Hours are listed below.  Please pick up your exhibitor packet at the OSHP Registration Desk located in the Atrium on Level 1.

If you leave your booth unstaffed, please take all valuables with you. Please take note of the tear down time, as all items must be cleared by 2:30 pm on Saturday.

WHAT YOUR REGISTRATION TO EXHIBIT INCLUDES

Your exhibit registration includes a skirted display space, one chair and one lunch ticket.  This is a 'table top' show, which means there is not draped off space for each exhibit, instead each exhibitor has the table space to display their items.  Some exhibitors may have tabletop displays, while others simply use the table to display literature and/or products.  Booth personnel registration includes one lunch ticket. Additional booth personnel must be registered; however, each exhibit space is limited to up to two (2) booth personnel registrations.


SHIPPING PACKAGES

All materials that need to be shipped out must be packaged and labeled.  Please bring your boxes to the OSHP Registration desk and it will be shipped by Monday, November 11th.
